5/6 slices of bread
4 onions
10 dried tomatoes
10 fresh tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil

Coarsely chop the onions or spunzali, dried and fresh tomatoes, with the red peppers.

Cook everything for at least half an hour in a pot in which you have spilled a lot of extra virgin olive oil, a bit of water and salt. Serve with bread (preferably a day old) or toasted.
